We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers and Skilled Tradesman. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to following safety protocols.

Duties

Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris. Load and unload materials and equipment necessary for construction tasks. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled workers. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and guidelines. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods. Familiarity with safety practices in a construction environment is a plus. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
