General Cleaner - Quarterly Sign-on Bonus $150.00

Must be 18 or older, have a clean background, facility is cleaned one per week after 5pm, $25 per hour, and time is flexible to clean after 5pm. Duties should take approximately 2 hours. Quarterly Sign-on Bonus is good for 2 quarts or 6 months. After 3 months of no missed cleaning receive $150.00. After 6 months no missed cleaning receive $150.00.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of a commercial environment. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and upkeep, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and presentable.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and office spaces. Carry out custodial duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants. Support commercial and industrial cleaning efforts by adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and stored safely after use.

Requirements

Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment for different surfaces. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A commitment to following health and safety regulations while performing duties.
