As a Gem Mine Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting guests with identification of gems and minerals, and selling merchandise and customized jewelry experiences. Key Duties and Requirements of the Role Include: \xef\x82\xb7 Greeting customers as they arrive at the gem mine and providing information about our products and services. \xef\x82\xb7 Educating guests about the gems and minerals they uncover and assisting with identification. \xef\x82\xb7 Selling customized jewelry options, tailoring every experience to each unique customer, and processing transactions accurately. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring that the gem mine is always clean and well-maintained. \xef\x82\xb7 Assisting with inventory management and restocking of merchandise. \xef\x82\xb7 Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly and courteously.
