Overview

As a Station Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will lead a dynamic team, manage daily operations, and drive sales while fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will be key in implementing strategies that enhance productivity and efficiency, all while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

What you'll do

Oversee daily station operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve performance goals. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Conduct employee orientation and training programs to develop skills and enhance team performance. Foster exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement in retail management.

Skills

Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and employee development. Strong negotiation abilities to effectively manage vendor relationships and purchasing decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. Proficiency in retail math for pricing strategies and sales analysis. Experience in cash handling procedures, including cashiering responsibilities. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing. Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer engagement.
