We are looking for motivated applicants who have a passion for plants! Those who can give gardening advice to anyone who will listen and can work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants will put their creative skills to the test with our ever-changing plant and merchandise displays. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Common spaces are sanitized and cleaned frequently, and curbside pick-up is available. Education:
- Assist customers with all plant material - annuals, perennials, succulents, and houseplants.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds to load bagged garden material (compost, soils, etc.).
- Daily watering, pruning, and weeding of plant material.
- Organizational skills for plant material and associated garden center products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Use of point-of-sale system to cash out customers.
- Perform inventory assessment on garden center supplies.
- Flexible schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Gardening or Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)
