job summary:
Tatum by Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Gaming Controller for a Las Vegas-Based Casino to assist with managing the daily gaming accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within Gaming Audit in a management capacity.

The compensation for this position is $35 to $38.46/hr. based on experience and is an immediate need.

responsibilities:

• Oversees the casino accounting operations of the cage, slot and table games revenue audit functions
• Ensures that all regulatory requirements for the cage and revenue audits are met for the Nevada Gaming Commission
• Establishes and ensures compliance of internal controls, gaming regulations, and minimum control standards (MICS)
• Aids managers in the preparation of annual budgets for supervised departments, monthly cash flow analyses and periodic financial reports
• Establishes and maintains positive cash vault banking relations, and monitors cash management services to facilitate efficient cash management standards for the casino
• Manages and coordinates internal and external audit requests
• Supervises a team of Gaming Auditors

qualifications:

• Previous Casino Accounting supervisory experience required
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or related field required OR 5+ years of gaming audit experience (including management) in lieu of education
• Must have or be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
