Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated Gaming PC Assembler/ Builder / Tester to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling, cable managing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting custom-built PCs. You'll ensure a high standard of quality and performance in each system before it's delivered to our customers. Key Responsibilities

PC Assembly & Configuration



Assemble entire PCs from start to finish, following established standard operating procedures. Perform clean and efficient cable management for an optimized build.

Testing & Quality Control



Conduct system stress tests and evaluate performance/stability results. Troubleshoot hardware and any Windows OS issues, implementing resolutions.

Packaging & Documentation



Follow standard operating procedures for packaging each completed system, ensuring safe transport. Keep clear and accurate records of every build, from components used to final test results. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and handle all components with care.

Continuous Improvement



Offer suggestions for improving build procedures, testing protocols, or overall workflows. Stay current/have a general interest on PC hardware trends and best practices for assembly and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Education & Experience



High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in hands-on PC building or related technical work (strongly preferred) Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus but not required. Hobbyist computer building, general interest in technology, and being up to date on the latest hardware is a plus.

Technical Skills



Solid understanding of PC components (motherboards, CPUs, RAM, GPUs, storage, cooling solutions). Proficiency in Windows OS installation, driver management, and troubleshooting. Working knowledge of BIOS/UEFI configurations and firmware updates.

Physical Requirements



Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.

Soft Skills



Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
