We are a rapidly growing, team-building and retail entertainment company and looking to add part-time members to our team at Mindscape Escape Rooms.

Game Master:

This is a cool job! You will greet and educate our guests on how it all works. You will inform them of their objectives while in the room. You will work in a control room and watch the guests while on their journey to escape! You will be their guide when they stumble and offer them hints if needed. You will then prepare the escape room for the next group of guests. You must be fun and enthusiastic as you are a big part of the whole guest experience from beginning to end.
This job requires you to be:

Creative thinker. Flexible with regards to work schedule. Artistic abilities and creative thinking highly welcomed. Handy with tools and gadgets. Meet and exceed hospitality metrics. Reset game room for next group of guests. Good grasp of technology - basic computer skills, email, etc.... Effective verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation. Provide enthusiastic and genuine service for all guests. Monitor guests activity and engage via computer screen up to 1 hour without distraction. Must be able to understand and verbally articulate the meaning of escape rooms and clearly explain each game room. Need to be able to lift up to 30 lbs., reach, squat, kneel, and climb a ladder. Requires sitting for extended periods at a time.
This job requires the following experience:

Retail, amusement or hospitality experience. Public Speaking. Comfortable engaging with both small and large groups of people. Artistic skills a plus. Handyman skills a plus. Our busiest time is Friday, Saturday and Sunday and most of the shifts are around this time frame. We'll teach you the rest!
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
