Victoria & Son is hiring a woodworker to help build truly one-of-a-kind pieces -- no production runs, no cutting corners. Every project we take on is unique, and every piece we make is held to the highest standard of craftsmanship.

We're looking for someone with beginner experience in woodworking who's ready to deepen their skills and take on creative challenges. Whether you're shaping, turning, veneering, or carving, you'll be working on pieces that end up in incredible homes and interiors around the world.

What You'll Do:

Build custom furniture as part of a team or individually, using traditional and modern methods Work with solid wood and veneers Execute shaping, joinery, carving, and turning with precision and care Collaborate with a tight-knit team of experienced craftspeople Problem-solve unusual designs and construction challenges Learn new techniques and push your craft forward

What We're Looking For:

2+ years experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or furniture making Familiarity with tools and methods like milling, veneering, handwork, etc. CnC experience a plus. Curiosity and a willingness to learn -- especially with complex builds Good communication, a strong work ethic, and a sharp eye for detail Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, even when it's harder A good personality fit with our existing team is a top priority. Finishing experience is a plus.

We approach each job as a challenge to figure out how to bring beautiful, sometimes unusual designs to life. No two days are the same, and we're always trying to get better at what we do. We value problem solving, collaboration, efficiently completing our work, and a sense of pride in the final result.

About Victoria & Son:

We're a third-generation furniture company founded in 1933. Everything we make is built to order for interior designers and architects working on high-end residential projects. We're known for our deep attention to detail, historical knowledge, and creative execution. Our pieces are in some of the most beautiful homes in the world.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
