City Home is seeking a professional design oriented salesperson to create and build meaningful long-term relationships with customers. Salespeople guide and advise customers looking to furnish an entire room, outfit a restaurant or just add an accent piece. Salespeople are up-to-date on the latest trends and enjoy home interiors and the chance to work individually with customers.
Responsibilities:
Maximize sales and profitability using creative selling skills and customer service in order to give an engaged and informative experience to every customer.
Develop and apply product knowledge expertise by studying product features & benefits. Staying on top of industry trends. Able to use space planning software.
Maintain awareness of all product information, Internet communications and current advertising and marketing plans.
Accountable to individual sales goals and customer service needs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospect for new customers.
Keep customers well-informed about orders and any status changes.
Relay customer feedback to management regarding product requests, marketing efforts, problems and suggestions.
Maintain awareness of and possess demonstrated knowledge and proficiency using computers, POS and programs relevant to sales position.
