Job Description

Steadfast Hauling LLC is looking for dependable, professional White Glove Furniture Delivery Drivers and Helpers to join our growing delivery team. This role involves delivering high-end furniture into customers' homes with care, precision, and professionalism.

This is not a warehouse job and not a ride-along position. You will be inside customers' homes daily and are expected to represent the company with excellence.

Responsibilities:

Deliver furniture safely to residential and commercial locations Carry furniture up/down stairs and through tight spaces Assemble and place furniture according to customer instructions Protect floors, walls, and furniture during delivery Communicate professionally with customers at all times Work as a team to complete daily routes efficiently Use proper lifting techniques and safety practices Maintain a clean, organized delivery truck
Requirements:

Must be reliable and punctual (this is non-negotiable) Able to lift 75-100 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working in customers' homes Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license (for driver positions) Clean appearance and professional attitude Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Previous furniture, appliance, or white glove delivery experience preferred but not required
