Dudus Trucking Co. is a locally operated delivery company specializing in professional furniture delivery and white glove assembly services. We are currently seeking

motivated, reliable, and physically capable Helpers

to join our growing delivery team.

Position Overview:

As a

Furniture Delivery Helper

, you will work alongside a driver to load, deliver, and assemble furniture at residential and commercial locations. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading and unloading furniture from box trucks Carry and move heavy items safely into homes or businesses Assemble furniture as needed using hand tools (training provided) Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Communicate clearly with customers during deliveries Perform pre- and post-delivery inspections with your team Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards

Requirements:

Must be

18 years or older

Must be able to

lift and carry up to 100 lbs

with assistance Must have

reliable transportation

to and from the Johnstown docking station Must be available

Tuesday through Saturday

, starting before 5:30 AM Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous delivery or moving experience is a plus but not required Must pass a background check and drug test

Additional Notes:

This is an

independent contractor

position (1099). As such, you are responsible for your own taxes and insurance. One week of pay will be held in reserve and paid out on your final paycheck, pending return of uniforms and tools.
