Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a . This hands-on position offers training in furnace operations as well as cross-training opportunities in multiple areas of our plant. Furnace operations typically occur about two weeks each month, depending on material availability. Furnace Operator Trainee Responsibilities

Operate the industrial furnace in accordance with all safety and quality standards.

Perform duties in other areas of the plant when the furnace is not in operation.

Follow rotating shift schedules as assigned.

Maintain strong focus and attention to detail during all operational procedures.

Participate in ongoing training and cross-training opportunities across departments. Shifts

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Day Shift:

10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Middle Shift:

2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Afternoon Shift: (only when furnace is running)

10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Midnight Shift: (only when furnace is running)

Afternoon and midnight shifts include an additional $0.35/hour once in a full-time role. Shift Differential: Qualifications

Must be mature, dependable, and safety-conscious.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.

Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities across departments.

Ability to remain focused on the job without distractions from personal devices. Compensation & Benefits

$15.50/hour (equivalent to Large Tear Down rate). Base Pay:

$0.35/hour for afternoon and midnight shifts (when full-time). Shift Differential:
