What You'll Do As An Entry Level Fundraising Sales Representative:

Develop sales and marketing campaigns tailored to our target audience that drive engagement and exceed company growth goals. Engage face-to-face with customers to answer questions, represent our client's charity cause, and create a fun, memorable experience that boosts sales. Assist with campaign setup, event coordination, and on-site promotions to ensure every event marketing experience runs smoothly. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to build outreach strategies that connect with different audiences. Participate in weekly Entry Level Fundraising Sales Representative team training designed to help you master communication, leadership, and sales skills. Brainstorm fresh, creative ways to enhance customer engagement and bring exciting ideas to our marketing events. Represent the company brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset -- every great Fundraising Sales Representative leads with passion.

What We Are Looking For in An Entry Level Fundraising Sales Representative:

Someone energetic, outgoing, and coachable with a strong work ethic. Excellent communication and people skills -- you enjoy talking with others and making connections. A positive, solution-focused attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced marketing and sales environment. A team player who also knows how to stay motivated and organized independently. Some experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus -- but not required! Must be 18 years or older and available for full-time work.

Pay: Weekly rate of $600 or 30% commission of total donations raised Employment type: Full-Time, W-2 Hours: 40-50 / week Job Location: Office + assigned event locations in the Greater Mobile area
