RNT Idaho, a Boise-based mission-driven marketing and engagement firm dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations and charitable causes, is expanding our team! We specialize in crafting impactful awareness campaigns that help nonprofits connect with donors, spread kindness, and build lasting community support.

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fundraising Representatives to join us in our mission to raise awareness and drive support for worthy causes throughout Idaho and beyond.

What You'll Do as a Fundraising Representative:

Engaging with community members to share the mission and impact of the organizations we support. Building relationships with potential donors and supporters at events, public spaces, and outreach activations. Communicating clearly and professionally about causes, events, and the importance of philanthropic support. Generating donations and commitments while representing our clients with integrity and enthusiasm. Collaborating with the Fundraising Representative team to ensure successful fundraising efforts and elevate each campaign's impact.

What We're Looking For in a Fundraising Representative:

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoys talking with people and building genuine connections. Results-driven with a positive, professional attitude. Comfortable engaging with the public and advocating for charitable causes. Previous experience in sales, fundraising, community outreach, or customer service is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Work Location: In person
