Job Description

The Fund Accounting Director will lead financial operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting within the financial services industry.

• Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage and supervise the accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring their integrity and adherence to regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational financial goals.

A successful Director of Accounting should have:
