The Role

We're seeking an

entry-level Fund Accountant

to join our growing finance team. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to multiple aspects of private equity, trust and estate planning, and taxation. No two days will be the same -- you'll help with everything from processing bills and journal entries to assisting with financial reporting and investment analysis.


This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a foundation in accounting and finance while learning how a family office operates. You'll work directly with our Senior Accountant and investment professionals, developing an understanding of how money moves through complex investment structures -- all while leveraging AI tools to work smarter and accelerate your learning.

What You'll Do

Record and organize incoming mail, payments, and invoices Process bills and manage approvals through

Bill.com

Prepare and post basic journal entries in

NetSuite

Assist in month-end close and account reconciliations Support financial reporting for entities and investment vehicles Collaborate with investment, tax, and operations teams Learn to use AI tools to streamline accounting tasks and data analysis Contribute to ad hoc projects across finance, investments, and operations
