Job Description

Objective of Position: This position will be primarily responsible for working in our FunZone Arcade, Pizza Ranch party rooms and reservations. We are looking for that special person that can create a legendary experience for our guests. Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory control and overall appearance of the FunZone. Key Accountabilities: FunZone Arcade Attendant planning and activities will include but are not limited to:

• Organize all aspects of birthday parties and group events

• Ensure that the party schedule and details are completed accurately and on time

• Merchandising and inventory control of redemption center

• Provides courteous customer service and respond to customer\xe2\x80\x99s questions, complaints or requests

• Complete all FunZone game and counter cleaning protocol

• Maintain the overall appearance of the FunZone Arcade

• Strong relationship building skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate and work closely with restaurant level managers and staff

• Able to work with computers and POS systems

• Highly self-motivated. Must have a high sense of urgency in providing a strong level of service and follow through.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour Benefits:
