Back of House Team Member
Duties:
- Assist with catering operations, including food preparation, set-up, and clean-up
- Ensure that all food items are properly stored and rotated to maintain freshness
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality and portion control
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies
- Collaborate with the front of house team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
