Job Description

Grace Development is currently seeking an experienced cleaning professional to join our growing team here in Nashville, TN. The position will be a full-time salaried role and be responsible for cleaning our commercial retail, office, and multifamily properties throughout the work week.

Responsibilities

Sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors in retail and multifamily buildings Clean and maintain common areas (lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, etc.) Deep clean vacant units between move-outs and move-ins Empty trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces Clean windows and mirrors Clean and restock restrooms as needed Empty trash and remove other waste regularly Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies Organize janitorial storage areas Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs
Qualifications

Must be capable of physical work and able to operate equipment normally used in janitorial operations Demonstrates strong attention to detail Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments Professional demeanor, good time management, and the ability to work both individually as well as within a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
