Daniel Gabor's Alpine Bar & Grill is seeking a full-time

Mixologist/Bartender

with deep spirits knowledge, refined technique, and a passion for crafting elevated cocktails. The ideal candidate can develop an innovative cocktail program, understand balance and flavor structure, and confidently showcase their craft on camera for cocktail videos and reels.

What You'll Do

Create and execute an elevated, seasonal cocktail program aligned with our Alpine-European concept Develop signature drinks using modern techniques (clarification, fat-washing, cordials, house syrups, ferments, creative garnishes, etc.) Be featured in cocktail videos for our social media (strong on-camera presence required) Work full-time behind the bar during service, providing exceptional hospitality Collaborate with ownership and the culinary team for pairings, events, and specials Train bartenders and servers on spirits, technique, consistency, and bar standards Maintain inventory, prep, batching, and overall bar organization Join us for off-site events when needed

What We're Looking For

Strong mixology background and deep understanding of spirits Experience with craft cocktail programs and menu development Ability to create visually appealing, balanced, and creative cocktails Comfortable presenting cocktails and techniques on camera Clean, precise technique and strong attention to detail Professional, reliable, and career-driven -- this is a full-time role Creative mindset with passion for hospitality and storytelling Familiarity with contemporary cocktail styles and bar culture
