Position Overview

We are seeking skilled and dependable

Maintenance Technicians

who take pride in their work and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and attention to detail. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a team to maintain facilities safely and efficiently.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location:

Honolulu, HI

Pay Rate:

$19 per hour

Professional Expectations

Maintain a professional and courteous attitude toward residents, coworkers, and vendors Arrive on time and uphold a neat, professional appearance Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding tasks, progress, and requirements Complete assignments safely, accurately, and efficiently Follow all facility policies and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns

Administrative Duties

Adhere to company guidelines in the Employee Policy Manual and House Rules Keep maintenance and storage areas organized, clean, and safe Complete maintenance logs, checklists, and required reports accurately

Core Responsibilities

Perform general building maintenance and cleaning using appropriate tools and equipment (e.g., vacuums, buffers) Conduct minor repairs, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, lighting, painting, masonry, and mechanical tasks Maintain safe work practices and ensure work areas are tidy during and after tasks
