Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking
Maintenance Technician
to assist with the upkeep of residential and commercial properties. This hands-on role focuses on completing repairs, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for clients and residents.

Key ResponsibilitiesProfessional Conduct
Communicate professionally with residents, coworkers, and vendors
Represent IFSH with integrity and courtesy
Show up on time and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Use all tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
Administrative Duties
Follow the Employee Policy Manual and all site rules
Keep workspaces clean, organized, and free of hazards
Accurately complete inspection forms, logs, and other documentation
Technical Tasks
Carry out routine maintenance and minor repair work
Assist with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks
Perform regular property checks to ensure safety and proper operation
Support preventive maintenance and improvement projects
Qualifications
Reliable, motivated, and able to work well with a team
Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Willing to learn new skills--no maintenance experience required
Training available for individuals with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
