About the Position

We're looking for dependable and detail-oriented

Maintenance Technicians

to help us keep facilities safe, functional, and well cared for. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, while upholding IFSH's commitment to professionalism and service.

$20 per hour

Expectations & Standards

Interact respectfully with residents, coworkers, and vendors Maintain professionalism and avoid disruptive behavior Communicate effectively with supervisors and management to ensure safe, accurate work completion Present a neat and professional appearance (uniform and tools must be well maintained) Be punctual and dependable for all scheduled shifts Complete all assignments thoroughly, accurately, and on time Follow company policies and site-specific rules, reporting any incidents when necessary

Administrative Duties

Comply with the Employee Policy Manual and site regulations Keep workspaces organized, safe, and clean Submit accurate logs, reports, and project updates as required

Core Responsibilities & Skills

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks using proper equipment (e.g., vacuums, floor buffers) Apply basic trade knowledge in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, lighting, masonry, and light mechanical work Ensure assigned spaces remain clean, safe, and fully operational
