Position Overview

We are seeking a

Janitorial Supervisor

who is reliable, organized, and motivated to lead cleaning teams across multiple sites. This role combines hands-on supervision with team coordination and operational management to ensure all locations meet the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and return keys for assigned locations Supervise janitorial teams, ensuring quality and productivity Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock paper products and supplies Sweep, mop, and maintain hard-surface flooring Vacuum carpets and disinfect high-touch areas Empty trash bins and replace liners Monitor daily operations to maintain client satisfaction Communicate site needs and operational issues to management and team members

Minimum Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent Able to pass background checks and pre-employment/random drug screenings Dependable, flexible, and a strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

Honest, motivated, and reliable Willing to learn and implement effective cleaning and supervisory techniques Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards Previous supervisory experience is a plus, but candidates with leadership potential and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply
