Full-time employees receive a $500 sign-on bonus. $250 paid at 3 months of employment and remaining $250 paid at 6 months of employment. Full-time employees also receive 5 days of paid vacation after 1 year of employment.

We are hiring for a full-time position. Nights are not required! Weekend work is required on a rotating basis (average of 2 weekend days per month). Weekends are only half days, 10:30 - 3:00.

We primarily service Boone, Blowing Rock, Valle Crucis, Foscoe, and Sugar Mountain.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Ensure sanitation standards are met in all cleaning tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences. Manage laundry duties at vacation rentals. Maintain a well-organized and clean environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked. Drive to various locations as required, adhering to safety and driving regulations.
