Full-Time Dental Assistant

to join our dedicated team

every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

$2,000 signing bonus available (payable after 1 year of service)

About Acton Smile Hub:

Acton Smile Hub is a busy, patient-centered practice providing comprehensive family dentistry for all ages in a comfortable and home-like atmosphere. Our team utilizes advanced dental technology and is dedicated to continuous learning, with access to Spear Education videos and training to enhance skills and stay current with the latest techniques.

Schedule:

Monday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tuesday, 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM

Wednesday, 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

Assist with chairside procedures and provide support to the dentist during treatments.

Utilize Dentrix Ascend software for patient scheduling, charting, and maintaining records.

Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques.

Greet and check-in patients, handle phone calls, and manage front desk duties.

Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Perform X-Ray procedures and assist with other dental imaging tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold HIPAA regulations.

Dental Assistant Experience and Education Requirements:

Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant license (required). Current CPR, OSHA, Infection control and radiation safety certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills (required; experience with technologically advanced practices). New graduates are encouraged to apply! Dentrix Ascend experience a big plus

Experience with Dentrix Ascend.

Dental Assistant Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive salary commensurate with experience ($26-$32 per hour).
