We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable
Full-Time Budtender
to join our team in Edgewater Park, NJ. The ideal candidate is passionate about cannabis, customer service, and compliance, and enjoys helping guests find the right products for their needs.Key Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable guidance on products, consumption methods, and safe use. Accurately process sales transactions and maintain compliance with NJ CRC regulations. Handle cash and debit transactions with precision and accountability. Maintain clean, organized, and compliant product displays and sales areas. Support store promotions, events, and community engagement activities. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and uphold NJ Pure's service standards.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older. Previous retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Full weekly availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
