Seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with 4-10 years experience in B2B SaaS, skilled in React, Node, MongoDB, for a fast-growing company modernizing construction industry.
The Full-Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's platform, which serves as a modern construction operating system. This platform integrates HR, compliance, and financial tools specifically designed for contractors, aiming to modernize the construction industry. The role involves working in a hybrid mode, primarily in-office from Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility of remote work or relocation to tech hubs like Austin or Seattle.
The engineer will be expected to have a strong product mindset, making user- and product-oriented decisions, and maintaining a balance between backend API and frontend UI development. The role requires clear communication skills to articulate complex concepts and a founder-style ownership mindset, thriving in ambiguous situations.
