: Full Time Toddler Co-Lead

SEE in Brandon, SD is seeking a Full Time Toddler Co-Lead to join our team of dedicated educators. In this role, you will work alongside the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years old. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, a warm and caring demeanor, and experience working with young children.

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities for toddlers Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play Supervise and engage with children during playtime, mealtime, and naptime Assist with diaper changes, potty training, and other basic care routines Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and positive learning environment Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or early childhood education setting Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in early childhood education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Patient, caring, and compassionate demeanor CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
