Full-Time Teacher for a Montessori Program
A Little Journey Montessori School is looking for a full-time (or part-time) wonderful, loving, caring teacher to join our team. We have an infant program, a toddler program, and a preschool program with children ranging from ages 6 weeks old to 6 years old. We are currently looking for a full-time teacher with the possibility for all three classrooms but mostly infant and toddler. If interested in a particular age group or all three, this is the job for you!

- This job is ideal for someone who is consistent and reliable, loves working with others and young children, adaptable and flexible to changing circumstances and environments.

- We are open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, the schedule would be established within that time frame and we are a year-round program.
Qualifications:
- A friendly nature, patience, and love for children.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Experience caring for young children is preferred, but not required.
- Experience working in a Montessori program is preferred but is not required.
Requirements:
- Hands-on child/adult CPR and First Aid certification are required within 30 days of hire.
- Must pass a background check for state licensing purposes.
- Verification of Immunizations (MMR and tDap).
- Training courses for state licensing requirements within 30 and 90 days of hire.
Salary:
- Pay is DOE starting at $17.00/hour.
