We take away the burden of heavy administrative tasks so that our clinicians can focus on the rewarding aspects of clinical work.

Our focus at Launch is on the use of evidenced-based treatment approaches for children, adolescents, and adults. Our skills-based approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. We specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, pain management, problematic eating patterns, and sports psychology.

We are seeking Masters and Doctoral level clinicians whose clinical interests align or compliment ours and who are driven to make a difference in their community and gain expertise in the field. We are committed to helping our clinicians develop personally and professionally. Graduate schools only take clinicians so far...we aim to help the right providers launch!

Responsibilities

-Provide excellent clinical care to children, teens, and adults

-Provide a minimum of 10 hours/week of psychotherapy

-Attend weekly group consultation and individual supervision meetings

-Effectively use our Electronic Health Record to manage schedule and documentation

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral Level clinician

Licensure in MA preferred; Strong license eligible candidates within three months of licensure will be considered

Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy; child/adolescent experience preferred

Couples and Family Therapy experience desirable

Ability to provide in-person care in our Wakefield office
