Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Time Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management, guest services, and customer relations. This role involves overseeing nightly financial transactions, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the smooth operation of front desk activities during overnight hours. Multilingual abilities and experience in hospitality management are highly valued to provide exceptional service to diverse guests in a resort or hotel setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including billing and accounting procedures Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins and check-outs Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent guest relations Maintain accurate records using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Assist guests with special requests, reservations, and guest services to enhance their stay Ensure the security of the property by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting nightly inspections Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly Prepare reports for management regarding nightly activities and financial summaries

Experience

Prior experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or night audit roles preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hospitality management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills required Previous experience working in a resort or hotel environment is beneficial Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
