The Fairfield Inn & Suites / TownePlace Suites is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper who is self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team and help deliver exceptional service.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel and brand standards. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities, responding to guest requests, and ensuring all rooms are thoroughly cleaned, organized, and presented with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including bathrooms, bedroom areas, and floors Change and make beds with clean linens Replenish towels, toiletries, and room supplies Complete daily room assignments and checklists Follow proper safety and sanitization procedures Report maintenance issues or damaged items immediately Ensure lost and found items are logged and secured properly Provide friendly and responsive guest service at all times Work efficiently to meet productivity and cleanliness standards Uphold brand cleanliness scores and inspection requirements

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods (up to 10-20 lbs.) Reliable and consistent attendance Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Sundays are mandatory!
