Founded in 2015, Stepping Stones Therapy Center provides behavioral health services throughout Indianapolis, Indiana, and the surrounding cities. We are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our client and community. Our agency seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee our Clinician Led Community Response (CLCR) team.

Position Summary

The Program Manager will supervise the CLCR team of therapist and peer support specialists and ensuring the CLCR meets objectives, minimizes risk, oversees contractors' performance, provides guidance and support, identifies development needs, and provides clinical supervision to the CLCR team. The candidate must have a valid clinical license in Indiana.

Responsibilities

Supports evaluation of program services to enhance patient outcomes and acts as a positive change agent to implement clinical initiatives to increase quality patient care. Oversees needs of the Clinician Lead Community Response Team (CLCR). Provides clinical supervision for team members to maintain clinical best practices for the residents of the city of Indianapolis. Stays apprise of resources in the city to address mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence and effectively relays that information to the CLCRT team. Helps to provide the team with therapeutic interventions appropriate for crisis and community outreach Follows up to determine the reliability and validity of treatment; makes recommendations regarding service modification and delivery. Prepares and maintains reports Ensure the CLCR team is running at peak efficiency. Maintains current knowledge base on counseling issues regarding substance abuse and other psychosocial disorders interventions to help deliver to the team. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work or a related field. Valid Indiana Professional License 3-5 years of supervisory experience. References are available upon request. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written across disciplines. Ability to be flexible with on-call scheduling. Must pass criminal background checks.

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Addictions, or a related field

Professional Licensed is required, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LCAC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51.48 per hour
