Local Manufacturing Company Seeking Full-time Electronics Assembly Technician

Our company is hiring a full-time Electronics Assembler for our facility at the Coeur d'Alene Airport. While we provide on-the-job training for many tasks, soldering experience with both through-hole and surface-mount components a plus.

Job Requirements:

Ability to move and think quickly, delivering high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail. Comfort with using shop tools such as soldering irons, wire cutters, Dremels, grinders, drill presses, etc. Good verbal communication skills and fluency in English. Ability to perform light lifting and stand for several hours. Adherence to a casual but conservative dress code: no tight/revealing clothing, ear gauges, nose rings; some tattoos are permissible (offensive tattoos must be covered), no clothing with alcohol/drug logos, and no unnatural hair colors.

Responsibilities Include:

Performing various electronics-related manufacturing tasks, such as electronics assembly, part stuffing, wire cutting, wire stripping, connector crimping, and other related tasks. Note that many tasks are simple yet highly repetitive.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week (8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday).
