Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for our Nursing Department. The Clinical Nurse Manager provides and integrates clinical leadership and fiscal and resource management of a designated unit/area of patient care on a twenty-four hour basis, consistent with the philosophy and goals of the institution, Department of Nursing and clinical service. Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards is a critical element of the position. Minimum two years clinical experience in Med Surg, advance communication, organization and problem solving skills required.
Education and Qualification Requirements
NYS RN License BSN Required Masters Preferred
Salary:
