Position Overview

Active Chiropractic Care is seeking a motivated, patient-focused

Doctor of Chiropractic

to join our growing practice in a

temp-to-perm associate role

, with an

immediate start available for the right candidate

.

This position is ideal for a chiropractor who values

hands-on chiropractic care

into patient treatment plans. The selected doctor will step directly into patient care, education, and community engagement while assimilating into an established, high-volume practice.

A

3-month trial period

will be used to ensure mutual alignment prior to offering a full-time contract with bonus incentives.

Core Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive

chiropractic examinations, evaluations, and re-evaluations

Deliver high-quality

hands-on chiropractic care

, including: Diversified adjustments Activator instrument adjusting (non-Activator protocol based) Thompson Drop Technique Flexion-Distraction table work Provide

patient education

on spinal health, wellness care, and corrective strategies Participate in and deliver

weekly in-office health talks

Represent the practice at

community events, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities

Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to

maintain and grow patient volume

Uphold Active Chiropractic Care's standards for clinical excellence, professionalism, and patient experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Active or eligible

New York State chiropractic license

Strong proficiency in

hands-on adjusting techniques

Wellness-oriented philosophy with an

exercise-based, functional mindset

Confident communicator with the ability to educate and motivate patients Professional, dependable, and growth-minded Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment Interest in

practice growth, community presence, and long-term career development

Compensation & Incentives

Starting Salary:

$85,000 per year

Performance Bonus:

Earn an additional

$25 per patient visit

for every patient personally treated

over 125 visits per week

Additional earning potential

available through optional Saturday shifts Opportunity to transition to a

full-time contract with expanded bonuses

after successful completion of the 3-month trial period
