Front Desk Receptionist / Chiropractic Assistant.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our front-line team, you'll help shape the patient experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism

Answering phones and responding to inquiries with clarity and care

Assisting patients with scheduling and follow-up care

Processing payments and maintaining accurate financial records

Supporting the clinical team with patient flow, therapies, and equipment

Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all healthcare regulations

Using medical terminology and software systems to ensure seamless care

Schedule:

Typical start time: 7:00 AM

Typical end time: 6:00 PM

Full-time position (in-person)
