Job Summary



We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Pool Operator (CPO) to join our team, ensuring exceptional pool and facility maintenance while providing top-notch customer service. This role is crucial for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of our public pools, encompassing both CPO responsibilities and general maintenance duties. Key Responsibilities


Pool and Spa Maintenance:

Execute all aspects of CPO responsibilities, including testing and balancing water chemistry, maintaining pool circulation and filtration systems, cleaning pool surfaces, and ensuring all pool and spa areas are safe and compliant with health regulations.

Preventative Maintenance & Repairs:

Perform regular preventative maintenance on pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, chemical delivery systems) and troubleshoot and repair any malfunctions or issues.

Facility Upkeep:

Execute general handyman and janitorial tasks, such as minor repairs to buildings and equipment, cleaning and sanitizing clubhouses, restrooms, decks, and common areas, and maintaining overall facility cleanliness and orderliness.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing questions, concerns, or issues, ensuring a positive experience for all pool users and facility visitors.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintain accurate records of pool maintenance and chemical levels, and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations regarding pool operation and safety.



Qualifications


Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification is required

. 2 Plus years previous experience in pool maintenance. Strong knowledge of pool maintenance techniques, including water chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment maintenance. Ability to operate and maintain pool cleaning and maintenance equipment. Basic understanding of handyman skills and janitorial duties. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and colleagues. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and prolonged standing. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends, holidays, and emergency on call as needed. Must have a working cell phone that will run company dispatching and documenting software.
