Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. You will be a positive change in the lives of a learner with autism. Our team works to make difficult situations easier. And we do this by using a variety of evidence-based practices.

We help our learners communicate more effectively, manage challenging behaviors, gain more independent skills and, ultimately, we help them be the person they want to be.

What does a day at Hybridge look like?

Oversee the implementation of

home-based

ABA Therapy programs for clients Write Goals and Objectives for clients using our HLG Curriculum Library Over 5000 individualized programs Provide top notch quality training to Behavior Technicians Utilize online data collection Work with a dynamic team of professionals

What we are looking for:

The candidate

MUST be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA ,

as recognized by the BACB , to provide ABA Program supervision to students with autism.

For the states of Maryland and Virginia, LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is also required.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, bending or kneeling for long periods of time. Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Physical labor required and appropriate to complete the tasks at hand Exposure to blood, chemicals, and other bodily fluids Other physical demands that coincide with the duties of a specific discipline
