Baker / Cook Requirements:

Ability to effectively communicate Ability to manage others Previous restaurant experience Ability to speak and read English fluently Dunkin Donuts/Coffee shop/QSR experience a plus

Responsibilities:

Managing Back of House team members Assuring food quality and execution Managing and maintaining back kitchen cleanliness
