About the Role

Our Partner is looking for a

Full Stack Software Engineer

to join a fast-growing AI startup that's transforming supply chain compliance. Their platform powers major retailers, helping them avoid costly delays and fines through smart automation.



They are a small, high-velocity team building critical infrastructure, and this hire will play a key role in shaping both thier product and engineering culture.



You'll be working directly with the founders to design, build, and scale a platform trusted by retailers like

Walmart, Amazon, and Target

.

What You'll Do

Build and scale the platform using

React Native, Flask, Next.js, and TypeScript

. Join quarterly warehouse visits to see your software in action and support real-time deployments. Take ownership of technical architecture as the product grows. Work across the full stack, with opportunities to shape infrastructure and scaling decisions. Collaborate directly with founders and customers to influence product direction and deliver features that drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

2+ years of full stack development experience with modern web technologies

+ OR an outstanding GitHub portfolio and meaningful side projects if you're a new grad.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, take ownership, and make sound technical decisions. Bonus experience in any of the following:

+ React Native, Flask, TypeScript, or infrastructure/scaling work
+ Supply chain, logistics, or B2B software domains
Strong communication and collaboration skills -- you'll be working closely with both the team and customers.
