Job Description

Classic Auto Air is seeking a full-time, in-house Full Stack Web Developer to lead the transition to Shopify, driving a complete digital transformation. The goal: a scalable, elegant, user-friendly, mobile-first experience for Classic Auto Air and its sister brands. Strong UI/UX instincts and the ability to connect design with measurable sales results are essential.

The ideal candidate thrives on problem-solving, strategize and optimize for AI, can write custom code to go beyond plugins, and is motivated by great design. You are proactive, bring informed suggestions, and can collaborate seamlessly with a small marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will shape site architecture, performance, and security.

This is an in-house, full-time (Mon to Fri), salaried position located in Coppell, TX.

Automotive industry background a plus.

Responsibilities

Rebuild and maintain Classic Auto Air and sister brand websites on Shopify Build responsive, mobile-first user experiences Write custom code where needed, while leveraging plugins and AI appropriately Create and optimize complex product configurators Develop and maintain customer history, user preferences, and other databases Implement UTMs for campaign, email blasts, and affiliate attribution Configure flows and automations (abandoned carts, pop-ups, return visitor triggers, etc.) Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization Develop and integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain clean, well-documented code Collaborate with marketing and stakeholders, applying feedback with professionalism

Qualifications

Robust full stack development experience in Shopify, including custom themes, plugins, integrations, and third-party tools Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first execution Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Figma for mockups and prototypes Problem-solving mindset with ability to balance technical execution and business goals Working knowledge of ERP integration
