About the Role

As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you'll lead end-to-end projects that advance AI evaluation and experimentation. You'll work across research and platform engineering- building RL environments, human-in-the-loop systems, APIs, and data pipelines that scale.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building at the cutting edge of AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable systems, APIs, and RL environments. Collaborate with research, product, and design teams. Write clean, maintainable code and documentation. Solve challenges in scalability, reliability, and distributed systems.

Preferred Background

Recent grads or professionals with up to 3 years of experience. Degree from a top university (U.S. or Canada).

Requirements

Strong coding skills in Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Go. Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP, Kubernetes). Strong communication and ownership mindset. Bonus: Experience with RL, agentic systems, or human-in-the-loop workflows.
