Job Requirements

? 5-10 years of professional software engineering experience

? Expertise with NodeJS or a dynamically typed language (Python, Ruby, or

PHP)??

? Strong experience with both building and consuming API's (CRM APIs are a

plus)

? Professional experience building and maintaining applications using a SQL

database (Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL Server)

? Experience building scalable backend services to support a web or mobile

application

? Experience building systems that tightly interface with an external API. The

experience doesn't need to be CRM specific but would ideally entail leveraging

an external API. This could be a billing service like the Stripe API, a mobile

notification service like OneSignal, or an automated email system like

SendGrid or MailChimp

Plus / Nice to Have

? Experience working at a startup on a tight knit engineering team

? Interest in and experience with independently undertaking large feature sets

? Experience building services that interface with the Salesforce, HubSpot, or

MS Dynamics API's

? Previous experience building web applications using a MVC framework

(Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar)

? Experience working with Postgres in a production environment

? Familiarity with Serverless or other Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

? Own development and maintenance of backend services and APIs for key

product features

? Lead integration efforts with multiple CRM platforms and third-party systems

including Salesforce, HubSpot, and MS Dynamics

? Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to plan,

design, and deliver scalable features

? Implement, test, and deploy new data export functionality, enrichment

pipelines, and document (PDF) processing capabilities

? Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability

? Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews

? Engage in sprint planning, standups, and iterative delivery cycles in an agile

startup environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
