We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of financial recordkeeping, including maintaining the general ledger, reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

QUICKBOOKS ONLINE, PAYROLL & DESKTOP A MUST

Experience:

- Proven work experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

- Strong knowledge of public accounting practices

- Proficiency in using financial software (QuickBooks Online, Payroll & Desktop) for recordkeeping and reporting

- Ability to read & understand financial statements

- Experience in corporate accounting is a plus

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Skills:

- Public accounting

-Excel, Word, Outlook

Flexible on the hours depending on the person. Typically 10 months out of the year we work 32 hours a week. For 2 months we can work up to 55 hours a week.

Pay will be higher if you have previous work experience for a CPA firm as a Tax preparer also.
