Family-owned, longstanding restoration company and other service-oriented companies seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day financial operations, while interacting positively with team members and outside partners.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the full cycle of bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and 401(k) contributions
Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account analysis, and account reconciliation
Conduct bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
Prepare detailed financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
Working closely with our CPA and accounting team as needed
Act as a liaison between company President and banking institutes
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies while supporting budgeting processes and financial planning
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping experience or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and maintain finances for multiple companies within one
organization
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
