! We are a growing Dog Treat manufacturer and E-commerce company located in Norcross with an immediate need for a full time Bookkeeper. This individual will need to have a sharp eye for detail, highly organized, proficient with QuickBooks and Excel with a high degree of accuracy, this position has tremendous learning opportunity and growth potential. Our office is a casual but professional and enjoyable team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with monthly financial reporting

Responsible for Fixed Assets

Supervise A/P, providing guidance and training

Responsible for payroll

Ensure proper audit trails (GAAP and industry standards and requirements).

Balance sheet account reconciliations

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in accounting or 3-5 years related work experience

Proficiency with technology applications, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel - pivot, Vlookup), QuickBooks, and integration software.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines

Adaptable and flexible in a fast-pasted and changing environment

Maintain an orderly accounting filing system and require those under your supervision to do the same

Strong analytical skills to identify inconsistencies

High level of attention to detail.

Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
