We are hiring a full time or part time accountant/bookeeper for our two companies Shoals Exteriors and Shoals Cabinet Company. Pay is based on experience. Experience in a construction business is strongly recommended. Please do not apply if you do not have extensive experience in ONLINE Quickbooks. Other required experience is needed in accounts receivable and payable, Payroll and Microsoft Office with a concentration in Excel. Duties include all aspects of quickbooks reconciling, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, payroll taxes and Excel Spreadsheets. Pay based on experience.
